So, here is the last recipe from my cooking trip to the Balkans After Ajvar and Djuvec rice, now it’s time for vegetarian cevapcici Actually, cevapcici are longish shaped minced meat rolls. Depending on the country they vary in length between 5 and 20 cm. Originally, they were made of lamb, but nowadays they are often made of beef. Today I felt like making a vegetarian variation and I must say, I really liked it! Rice, bread, salad and of course Ajvar Try it, it’s worth it!
