Gingerbread House
Table of contents
A gingerbread house is always beautiful!
is the recipe for gingerbread and for a gingerbread house.
Without icing or other decorations, or gingerbread hearts with a nice decoration.
But the most beautiful thing you can do is a gingerbread house
You can glue the individual, cut-out parts of the house together with sugar icing, and decorate it as you like. With almonds, sugar pearls, sugar stars…
With the icing, you also make the “snow”.
The best way to do this is to fill the icing into a small plastic bag and then cut off a small corner.
You can make the spice mixture for gingerbread yourself, just as you like
Or you can buy a ready-made gingerbread spice mix.
I personally like the gingerbread more if it has a little less anise and star anise in it, but a little more cinnamon. Therefore, I make my own mixture.
Have fun decorating!
