Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 170 g raw sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar best homemade ah, there is a spice in it ?
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220 °C
- Stir the butter until soft, add the sugar, honey, egg and vanilla sugar and mix well. Add the flour and the baking powder and mix well.
- Form the dough into a roll (4 - 5 cm thick), wrap it in foil and allow it to set in the fridge or freezer. Then cut into 3 - 4 mm thick slices and place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
- Bake at 220°C for 6 - 7 min.
