Avocado ice cream and banana ice cream
Today there won’t be many words, but just two ice-cream recipes. Both vegan, both special, both made with only four ingredients and super fast.

Avocado-ice-cream
Equipment
- Icecream maker
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 100 g sugar
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 1 juice of one lime
Instructions
- Puree the avocado, coconut milk, sugar and lime juice. Either ice the mixture in the ice-cream maker or put it in a container in the freezer and stir every half hour with a fork.
Notes
It tastes best when it's not completely frozen yet.
For an even more special taste you can grind a little chilli pepper on top!

Banana-ice-cream

- Ice-cream maker

- 2 bananas
- 50 g sugar
- 500 ml coconut milk
- ½ vanilla bean only the seeds
Instructions
- Puree the bananas, coconut milk, sugar and vanillaseeds. Either ice the mixture in the ice-cream maker or put it in a container in the freezer and stir every half hour with a fork.
