Spiced butter
You can easily make spiced butter yourself
You only need two ingredients: butter and a spice or a mixture of spices.
Or dried herbs, then you have herb butter.
You can use this spiced butter instead of regular butter for frying
But be careful not to heat it too much, otherwise, the spices will burn, and then it becomes bitter.
You can also put it on a hot dish, for example on meat, fish, or vegetables, where it will slowly melt and release its fine aroma.
You can also simply spread it on bread and enjoy it.
Now in summer, during the barbecue season, this spiced butter has its peak season
Paprika, cumin, coriander, or mustard are very suitable.
And of course, the spice mixes, such as curry, outback, herb butter mix, or Cajun.
